Recently built, the Tenuta Il Grifo is surrounded by a large and beautiful garden.
The property is located in the countryside of the municipality of Tricase in an agricultural area very nice and breezy, it must climb to reach it on the mountain that borders the city of Tricase to Our Lady of Fatima and continuing along the cycle trail (2 km) you reach the farm.
Tricase Porto and Marina Serra are marinas in the municipality of Tricase and are just 5 km from the Tenuta Il Grifo. The beaches of the Ionian Sea are about 20 km away.
The farm has three rooms with double bed with an added single bed on request, air conditioning, bathroom and TV.
Breakfasts are included in the price, served in the hall, inside the facility.
The change of linen is provided and a half weekend.
Pets are allowed and the cars you can park within the estate, fully fenced.
